Gideon oversees the strategic direction and growth of Beachwold’s 15,000-unit national portfolio and its development projects. Since 2010, Gideon has organized partnerships to develop or acquire over $3 billion in multifamily properties across the eastern and central U.S. In 2016, he founded South Oxford Management, a property management company headquartered in Dallas Texas, to manage Beachwold’s portfolio. He earned his B.A. from Brown University in Urban Studies. Gideon also serves as president of the board of directors for Woodshed Collective, a non-profit theater company in New York.

Amir Joined Beachwold Residential in 2016 and serves as Chief Investment Officer. In that role, he oversees the firm’s Investment and Operating activities including Acquisitions, Dispositions, Development, Asset Management, and Capital Markets. Since joining the firm, Amir played a meaningful role in the firm’s growth, having led the underwriting, acquisition, disposition, and financing of transactions totaling over $3 billion. Prior to joining Beachwold, Amir was a manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group at Ernst & Young (EY), where he spearheaded numerous projects, assisting private equity funds and corporate buyers with large-scale, complex M&A transactions. In parallel to his tenure at EY, Amir privately developed purpose-built student housing, focusing on the UT Austin market. From 2005 to 2008 Amir served in the Israel Defense Forces Intelligence Corps. Amir holds a B.A., magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University and an MBA, magna cum laude from Columbia Business School.

Bev Ferguson has been actively involved in property management for more than 25 years. She first became involved in apartment management while attending Sacramento State University, where she obtained her BS Degree in Business Management. As President of South Oxford Management, Bev leads the company in its national operations. Prior to joining SOM, since 1992, Bev led US Residential Group and its predecessor, Pacific West Management’s, management of portfolios throughout the Southwest, Midwest, Northeast, and Sunbelt states, which included most of Beachwold’s properties in the region.

Chuck has been a real estate attorney and real estate industry executive for over 30 years. Prior to his current position, he was a partner at the New York law firm Wachtel & Missry LLP, and from 1998 through 2009, he was the head transactional attorney and Executive Vice President of Tarragon Corporation, a New York based publicly traded homebuilding, multifamily and mixed-use development, operating and management company. Chuck is a licensed New York real estate broker, is licensed to practice law in New York, and is a graduate of the NYU School of Law.

Dan directs Beachwold's capital improvement programs and works closely with on site teams to develop efficient means of operation. Since joining Beachwold in 2011, he has facilitated several value-add projects with an emphasis on revenue growth. He previously held construction management positions at Northland Investment Corporation and Tarragon Corporation. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies.

With over 30 years of broad strategic, financial and operational experience across real estate development and management, Bud leads the accounting and financial operations of Beachwold. Prior to joining Beachwold, Bud was the CFO of Tarragon Corporation’s Homebuilding division. Bud also spent 20 years in multifamily management as the CAO and Controller of The Altman Companies and VP for asset management and financial analysis at CRI, Inc. He is a CPA and has a BS in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Virginia Tech.

Ann Marie is responsible for the Southeast and Central Regions, encompassing 35 properties and over 8,500 units. She has worked with Beachwold for more than 25 years and has extensive property management experience in new construction, value-add renovations, conventional housing, LITHC, Project Based Section 8 and condominium conversions.

Tracy oversees the Northeast Region, with 30 properties and 7,000 units. She has worked with the Beachwold executive team since early 2004 and has more than 20 years of extensive property management experience with a focus in financial management, training and marketing.

Ms. Purcell joined Beachwold leading the Risk Management Division as Vice President, Risk Management in February 2023. She began her career in insurance at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and American International Group to follow. In 2002, Ms. Purcell joined The Related Companies’ risk management team where she launched her 21 year career in Risk Management with a primary focus on real estate including real estate owned multi-class portfolios, property management, construction development, and other real estate services. Since then, and prior to joining Beachwold, Ms. Purcell held various senior risk management roles as V.P. for Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Director of Risk Management for Cushman and Wakefield, Kushner Companies, and The Moinian Group, and Global Risk Management Consultant for Starwood Capital Group. During Ms. Purcell’s risk management career, she has overseen the real estate platform for portfolios in excess of $45B+ AUM. Ms. Purcell graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and has been a member of RIMS, a member of and conference speaker for the Advisen Property Annual Insurance Boards, and has been on several insurance company real estate advisory boards throughout her career.

Deborah has been with Beachwold since 2021. Her current role is General Counsel.

Rob has been with Beachwold since 2015. His current position is Vice President, Asset Management

Ethan has been with Beachwold since 2019. His current position is Director, Investments

Erica has been with Beachwold since 2016. Her current position is Director, Investor Relations & Corporate Operations.

Jake has been with Beachwold since 2021. His current position is Senior Investment Associate.

Mitch has been with Beachwold since 2016. His current position is Director, Asset Management.

Sasha has been with Beachwold since 2021. His current position is Investment Analyst.

Jennifer has been with Beachwold since 2017. Her current position is Asset Manager.

Jackie has been with Beachwold since 2018. Her current position is Senior Operations Coordinator.
